The traitorous Jimmy Carter gave the Panama Canal back to the country of Panama. This constitutes high crimes, and treason against the American people for selling them out to a foreign entity. Many Americans died building this Canal and it is ours. He knew full well that Panama wasn't capable of daily upkeep of the Canal and in turn would lease it to China. A sitting president may not be charged with treason but as an ex-president I believe he is allowed to be charged with treason. This is akin to giving Iwo Jima back to the Japanese.
