On November 24, 2014, immediately following the release of the grand jury's indictment decision, Michael Brown's step-father - Louis Head - stood on a platform above the crowd outside the police station in Ferguson, MO. He embraced Brown's mother, was elevated several feet from the crowd surrounding him, and was likely viewed by many in attendance as a leader/role model.
Head began shouting, "Burn this m*therf*cker down! Burn this b*tch down!", the latter of which commands he repeated no less than 7 times. All of this was captured on video. Riots quickly ensued, destroying over twenty buildings and adversely affecting thousands of lives.
Enforce the law and bring this criminal to justice. His identity is known, there is video evidence, and many witnesses to testify.
