Beginning in 2009 Judge Jeffrey Miller opened unlawful Educational cases for DCS by using another Judge name and has retaliated against me for obtaining a copy of my case file that could possibly be used to prosecute him. Judge Jeffrey Miller Terminated my Parental rights to cover for his wrong doings. Lake County DCS disregarded my next of kin and paid a foster care parent (with a 401k plan) to adopt my children.
