Charge minors as adults for murder and sex crimes.

Minors (aged 13 or older) who have intentionally murdered should be charged as adults in every state save for a few exceptions that will not be held to this absolute.
These exceptions are: self-defense and protection of others

Minors (aged 13 or older) who have committed acts of rape and molestation in any form should also be charged as adults.

These statements should be upheld nationally.
