Charge Mitch McConnell with seditious conspiracy per 18 U.S.C. § 2384 in failure to consider Obama's SC nominee.

To eliminate the obstruction of justice to the people of United States, who elected President Obama in 2012 thereby granting him the right to name a nominee, and appoint judges to the Supreme Court for the duration of his term, which ends in January 2017.
Mitch McConnell and numerous other Senators are DENYING this constitutional right to President Obama and therefore, to the people of the United States who elected him to this office in 2012 by refusing to hold hearings regarding a nominee, even before a nominee was named. Therefore, the reasoning behind the Senators' actions are not based on the qualification of the nominee, nor based on any other established tradition within the legislature. It is only to obstruct this particular President, and those who voted for him.
