Charge Nestle with Criminal Intent for not reapplying with the US Forestry Service for water rights. Deny future rights!

Created by T.P. on April 13, 2015

It has recently been reported that Nestle has been drawing water from California aquifers administered by the US Forestry Service. Nestle has been drawing this water during massive drought and causing the water table to drop significantly.

It has come to light that Nestle hasn't had a permit to extract water since 1988. It is difficult to believe this is a mere oversight on the part of Nestle. It was most likely intentionally ignored. It was criminal negligence.

Nestle executives cannot be allowed to go unpunished if they purposefully ignored the need for a permit. Charge the executives for wrongdoing.

Disallow any new water rights to be issued to Nestle until this has been investigated. If culpability is found, We the People must never allow Nestle water rights on Federal land again.
