America's higher education students are a profit center for schools, for private lenders, and for the US government.

To stop the cycle of exploiting those who work hard to reach and redefine the American dream, the US government needs to start charging no more than Bank Rate for student loan interest.

If Chase can pay .15% to wipe out the economy with junk mortgages, a student can pay .15% to get a degree.
