We request that the U.S. Justice Department investigate and charge every elected official whom signed a tax pledge with American's for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist, with the charge of Treason.
According to 18 U.S.C. § 2381 "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and . . . and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
The Norquist Tax Pledge is a a delcaration of war on the United States, because without revenue the Government of the United States will cease. The Military will suffer. Americans in need will die.
