Our president does not abide by the rules that we all need to follow. By unilaterally negotiating the terms of Bergdahl's release, the President broke a federal law that requires him to notify members of Congress 30 days before releasing anyone from Guantanamo Bay.
He has crated a loophole that would allow him to make decisions and push them through by way of executive power by allowing this loop hole we are allowing our president the power to make any rule he likes and push it through without any authorization from congress with no repercussions.
We need to hold our country's leader accountable for the federal crime that he committed.
