Charge Officer Daniel Pantaleo for using a choke hold on Eric Garner which led to his death. IT WAS ON VIDEO.

Eric Garner was put into a choke hold by Daniel Pantaleo, an officer in the NYPD, and died. Officers are told specifically not to use choke holds. There was even a video taken of the entire incident that can be easily watched on YouTube. Autopsy reports show that he died from Cardiac Arrest that was induced by the chokehold. Daniel Pantaleo's charges were dismissed. What good are police cameras if officers continue to get away with this brutality?
