charge the officer that killed Mike Brown with second degree murder

What happened to Mike Brown in Ferguson was an atrocity. The young man was killed by a police officer on Saturday, August 9, apparently for jaywalking. However, not only was he innocent, an unidentified police officer used what in any situation would be a VERY excessive use of force. The officer, despite the fact that Brown was begging him to not shoot, the officer shot Mike Brown several times, killing him. The officer then left Brown's dead body to roast in the sun. While there has been a massive amount of public outcry, no action has been taken by the police force. In fact, the officer who murdered Mike Brown is on payed leave. This is disgusting. Instead of getting a time off, he should be getting time behind bars.
