Ricky Vitte Jr., Ohio State Patrol trooper, has admitted to masturbating with a young child to "teach him about sex". However, prosecutors have refused to charge him because of the fact that he'd "offer up a defense against his actions" and he is still on active duty, carrying a weapon, AND making $83,000 a year. Why?
I think this is a travesty of the highest caliber, as it is a crime against a child by a police officer. Like everyone else, I would like to see this officer charged with the crimes he has committed rather than leaving him to his own devices with the power he has been given by the state of Ohio.
