charge parents with child endangerment if their child falls ill or dies due to the parents refusal to vaccinate.

Created by J.D. on September 29, 2013

Due to the increase in vaccine denialism, there has been a resurgence in diseases which were once all but wiped out. When a parent fails to provide adequate medical protection, and this refusal leads to injury or death, the decision is no longer a parenting charge but a criminal offense. This failure effects not only their child but every child the unvaccinated person comes into contact with.
