The American Flag was hanging behind Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. was hung like a banner and then dropped to the ground. He then continues with the performance in his "video" by walking on the flag once it's lying on the ground.

He deserves to be jailed and fined for committing such an act, just as any other American would, if they decided to partake in such an irresponsible, horrendous act.
