The Orlando Massacre is just the latest mass-casualty attack - killing 49 and wounding over 50...leaving survivors to deal with mounting medical bills, physical & mental therapy costs that will cotinue for years.
The City of Orlando has had to expend $ hundreds of thousands $ in local funds for First Responders, also the hospital ER s where victims were treated.
We call on The President and Congress to levy a nominal "Recovery Fee" on the sale of all ammunition, to fund the recovery of any innocent citizen harmed by gunfire, and to reemburse State & Local governments for the costs of responding to shootings, and treating the victims.
