The attack on the Planned Parenthood Center in Colorado Springs, CO, on Friday, November 27, 2015 meets the three criteria for domestic terrorism as outlined by the FBI. Yet, this attack is not being treated as an act of terrorism, nor have terrorism charges been brought against the suspect, Robert Lewis Dear. We insist that this miscarriage of justice be reversed, and that charges for an act of domestic terrorism be stated immediately against Mr. Dear.
