Charge with Sedition all who ran for office pledging to shutdown the gov't to kill the Affordable Healthcare Act

Created by D.M. on October 18, 2013

Charge with SEDITION all applicable politicians who, prior to taking office, pledged to shutdown the government to wage a war against the Affordable Healthcare Act, an established law declared Constitutional by The Supreme Court.

Definition of Sedition: "If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire... by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States... they shall each be fined or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both." You have only to decide if SHUTTING DOWN THE GOVERNMENT, constitutes force. It definitely meets the definition of Coercion which is also a crime.

They were not following accepted standard operating procedure, despite Boehner's claims to the contrary.
