Whereas Senator Tim Cruz admitted publicly to instigating a Federal shutdown,
Whereas the Senator admitted to doing so for the purposes of accruing campaign contributions from Tea Party supporters,
Whereas that shutdown negatively affected the livelihoods and faith of millions of Americans,
Whereas Tim Cruz rallied at "Tea Party" demonstrations championing Confederate flags in our Nation's Capital,
Tim Cruz should be tried by the AGUS for Seditious acts against the United States and sentenced to the maximum extent of our Republic's laws against actions taken against the Government and People of the United States.
