Charge Speaker John Boehner with Treason

Created by D.R. on January 24, 2015

By inviting a foreign leader to speak before Congress, without the approval of the President, Speaker John Boehner has shown that his loyalties lie not with the United States, but with his own self-interests and petty grudges. He is not suitable to serve in any public office, and must be charged with a violation of the Logan Act (18 U.S.C. § 953) and also treason under 18 U.S. Code § 2381.
