Charge Ted Cruz and any other public official under who claims there is a right to armed rebellion under 18 U.S.C §2385.

Created by J.B. on April 17, 2015

Anyone who claims there is a right to armed insurrection cannot keep his oath to uphold the constitution since Article III, Section iii says this is treason.

Additionally, he has violated 18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 by "knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government" (18 U.S. Code § 2385).

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits the election or appointment to any federal or state office of any person who has engaged in such activities.
