Charge the Texas county deputy, Latham Roldan, whose police dog died after he left it in his patrol car in the heat

Created by W.W. on August 14, 2015

We the people, demand that criminal charges be brought against Texas Deputy, , Latham Roldan, for leaving his Police dog to die in a hot, unattended vehicle, for 20 hours. His action demonstrates negligence and resulted in the death of a Police service animal. Under all other circumstances, a person injuring a police animal is subjected to criminal charges and this situation should be no different. The Deputy's action was, at a minimum, equal to manslaughter and should be treated the same.
