Charge with Treason GOP Congress who openly refuse their constitutional duties to advise & consent Obama on SCOTUS judge

Mitch McConnell has led his fellow GOP Republican congressmen down a path to openly refusing their constitutional mandated duties to "Advise & Consent" with the president on his constitutionally mandated duty to nominate a candidate to replace justice Antonin Scalia. This is a direct violation of their duties they swore an oath to perform. Because of politics and a fear of Obama's pick they have flatly refused this duty. This being a direct action against not only the president but our Constitution they must be held responsible for their Treasonous actions. I humbly ask the Whitehouse to instruct the DOJ or another independent investigation into these treasonous actions and the appropriate punishment.
