Members of Congress have actively prevented legislation that would be beneficial to the American people. They have placed the needs of companies and elections before the needs of the people they have been elected to serve. As result, the cost of living has increased significantly while the cost of wages has stagnated. We are giving funds to purchase weapons for other nations while our own people suffer in poverty. Our youth cannot find and/or maintain jobs to support themselves and the cost of school is increasing. Companies are receiving tax breaks as our infrastructure is decaying. Leaving us vulnerable to terrorist attacks and public safety hazards. Congress for several years has been levying a war against the American people and providing aid to corporations attacking citizens.
