Charge Walter James Palmer for traveling to foreign counties to commit and illegal act of poaching , and killing Cecil

I am petitioning President Obama to revoke the passport of Walter James Palmer for the illegal poaching and killing Cecil the Zimbabwe lion . He should also have all U.S. firearm permits , along with hunting permits revoked, along with his dental license , due to poor character . While state license dentists, the U.S. government pays them through insurance reimbursement, so I am also asking that his ability to receive U.S. health and human services payments to him be revoked , due to repeated acts of violence .
