A way to help with the high cost of caring for non citizen health care, is to chargeback the nation of origin. Wether by directly withholding funds,or withholding trade taxes.
Individuals that currently claim to be indigent, would give country of origin informatin and it would then be used for billing purposes.
This would require verification, but could greatly offset our medical tax burden from non citizens.
