The mother left her child un-attended and ignored him for a very lengthy period of time. During this time the child had the opportunity to climb through and exhibit and fall over a barricade into Harambe the gorilla's enclosure. The mom was not paying attention for several minutes while her child climbed the enclosure and almost to his death. This is child endangerment and neglect.
