I am proposing a new branch on the military called the "Human Expedition." It would act as economic and wartime relief for our population or in places we occupy and would be purely non-combative. To support the concept and better explain it I have published a free eBook to go with this petition.

This idea can and will eliminate our debts, create surplus, advance our arts and sciences to our fullest potential and will allow us to call ourselves truly free instead of some being at the mercy of money or indentured servitude.
