No increases for almost 5 years now. $250.00 stimulus is not enough to cover the increased cost of living today. We depend on our Social Security Disability and after budgeting with what we have to work with there are to little amounts to work into a budget. It is ridiculous the number of people who are collecting illegally and are able to work but rather use the funds of us who need them. When a person is over 50 yrs of age and has to go to local food banks just to survive then there is a real problem. This is not just a few, the numbers are great and if something doesn't happen soon we will do without a great deal of things such as medicines,personal needs etc. There needs to be a serious look into the problems and make some drastic changes soon.
