John Allen English was involved in a vehicle accident on Dec 9, 2012 in which his girlfriend was killed. Mr. English after staying months in the hospital and doing rehab once discharged was later picked up by police and charged with INTOXICATED MANSLAUGHTER W/VEHICLE, Intoxication Assault,Intoxication Assault, and multiple others due to the death of his girlfriend and the other family injured. Trial started the end of September and ended October 6, and found guilty of Manslaughter and 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon being the vehicle. During Mr. English's trial the evidence used from the state of Texas prosecuting him were opinions, and assumptions only. There was ZERO actual physical evidence proving him to be driving. Mr. English was railroaded and had a unfair trial.
