The appropriated funds that are spent on new jails, expansion like 33,000 square foot facility, increase police staff only in low income disadvantage minorities. Take that money build more vocational training, education program without prejudice, stop entrapment simply to justify their jobs vs predominately wealthy areas with very little presence. If they stop blocking the right to a free society only to reinvent modern day slavery maybe crime would decrease. Example THEY would spend years on funding drug policing a trillion dollar industry maybe reinvest a portion of that we low income development, vocational training, promote REHABILITATION not WAREHOUSING "Big Business" Lastly STOP THE RHETORIC WITH PROSECUTOR SIMPLY INVEST IN STATISTIC BY "plea deals" maybe promote positivity.
