Chelsea Manning, Stop the federal government from paying for elective surgery while serving time in prison for treason.

This is total insanity for the United States government to be paying for a elective, gender identity change surgery for a prisoner in a federal prison serving time for espionage and treason crimes that may well have cost soldiers their lives. We have veterans dying from lack of care and we are going to spend US tax dollars for a gender identity surgery. I as a US tax paying citizen cannot believe what I am reading. This is a total slap in the face to every soldier, veteran, and US citizen.
