IL has long been contolled by corrupt politicians from Chicago. Taxes collected from the lower state has been ear marked for pollitical favors and has rendered people in the lower part of IL to not have equal representation in government. Vote to cleanup IL's budget and allow people to chose Governors that don't favor Chicago. By seperating Chicago into a seperate entity, people in the lower portion will have a better representation on matters like agriculture and business. Taxes would then be more fairly dispursed for the needs of rual and smaller communities, which have been neglected by Chicago politicians for too long. Chicago's needs are different than Illionois' needs. Please vote to seperate the two.
