Federal programs duplicate efforts between departments as pointed out by watch dog groups for decades as well as Inspector General investigations. Cut programs and departments that duplicate efforts and return responsibility to States on every program not specifically required of the federal government by our Constitution.
Congress has overstepped it's bounds and mandate for decades. Reduce taxation by reduction of programs.
