child abducted from father, from USA to Germany

My Child Melissa, born on 5 July 2006 was abducted by her mother to Germany. Since then I have been trying so hard to get her returned to the U.S.A, her residence. 3 Dec 2010 American Court date, I was AWARDED PHYISICAL CUSTODY, hereto the best interest of the child. The court filed an order concluding that it had JURISDICTION "over this matter and the parties" which is in the USA. On 10 Dec 2010, I had a German court date for Child Abduction Case. On 17 Dec 2010, I was notified by a German lawyer the case is dismissed, and my child will not be returned to the USA. I appealed, and it was also dismissed. I am asserting my exwife violated the Hague Convention on the civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. My child is living with a kidnapper right now. HELP MY CHILD TO RETURN HOME.
