I am writing to respectfully urge you to help stop child abuse in our state. Our governor (MI) Rick Snyder said it himself that in Michigan there were 32,335 children that endured child abuse or neglect in 2010. There is an estimated 1,700 children that die each year from child abuse and neglect, nationwide.
We – Dominick’s Law Supporters – are asking for your assistance to help spread the word about both House Bills 5077 & 5078 and for you to stand up with us to fight for the future of children. Children deserve to be happy, to feel safe, and loved not abused, neglected, tortured, or sexually assaulted. Please join us in the fight in honor of a special little boy who should have never died.
