ENFORCE FULL MAXIMUM PENALTY FOR ALL PERSONS INVOLVED IN CHILD EXPLOITATION AND MICROCHIP OFFENDERS UPON RELEASE FOR LIFETIME MONITORING.
Enforce and impose maximum sentances for all persons involved in the act(s) of child exploitation. This should include and not be limited to: the production, sale, free distribution and posession of child pornography, child sex trafficking, molestation, and any other offense covered under Sex Crimes Against
Children Prevention Act of 1995 (SCACPA).
Making any and all offenders under this title and imprisoned for NOT LESS than 30 years or for life.
Further, I propose upon release all offenders be MICROCHIPPED so thier whereabouts be easily known at any time making their need for current/updated registration automatic and any violations "real time".
