Child sex abuse should be a automatic capital offense

I'm sick of seeing pedophiles getting short sentences only to get out and molest children again. My petition proposal is this: the second offense by a pedophile of sex abuse should be a capital crime automatically. Why the second offense you say? Well i believe everyone deserves a second chance to learn from thier mistakes, even a pedophile. Just 1 more chance to improve themselves. Please sign.
