When a Child becomes disable with a terminal illness or permanent injury before the age of 18.5 years old & becomes an adult, shall have a right to sue for child/adult support from the absent parent & it shall be paid thru a Trust Fund to provide continuance financial assistance, 2. and that the absent parent shall also assist care givers a compensation through the trust acct for care of the child. 3. All child Support hearings shall be done in the primary state of the Disable child despite of the original order. 4.All child support orders are given by Family law Judges and shall be based on Federal laws. 5. All support payment is made in the name of the Adult child under the care of Trustee name. 6. No payment shall be reduced or change without a hearing with all parties in attendance.
