CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT TO STRICT!!! CAN'T COLLECT FROM UNEMPLOYED/HOMELESS/LOW INCOME DEFENDANT!!! TIME FOR CHANGE!!! This is double edge sword for Plaintiff/Defendant. Plaintiff suffers because they become dependant on Govt. Programs.Defendant Suffers Because Of Enforcement Being To Strict and not being able to repay arrears without struggle.Fix this and improve homeless status/dependant of govt programs/Over crowding of jails and need for mental health budget this caused a great deal of Depression/Anxiety for both parties involved.This could be way to develop jobs and educate citizen to take care of there own legal needs. I think this would be a good way to fix deficit. WE DEMAND EQUALITY TREATMENT FOR DEFENDANT/PLAINTIFF!! We don't force people to use daycare why is this different?
