State OAG offices have slacked on their duties of prosecuting child support evaders. If we the custodial parents are responsible for the childrens well being (ie clothes, a place to live, food and schooling) medical and activities of daily living. If we has custodial parents do not live up to the state standards, financial and emotional care for our children it is call neglect, abandonment and medical neglect. So many non custodial parents are able to abandon, neglect their children by not being held accountable for their non actions as parents. It is time for the wonderful Federal Government to make these Men and Women accountable and take it out of the states control.
