Child Support Laws & Payments

Created by B.C. on November 20, 2012

I propose that the laws change to the following:
Absent parents child support will be based on that parents income. If payments are not made from the absent parents employer, then the government should pay it and then collect it themselves from the absent parent. This in turn will help many single parents not lose their homes, go without food, utilities being shut off, etc. In turn, this will also create new jobs, AND ASSURE OUR CHILDREN DONT GO WITHOUT!
If this is done, the parent who works and does everything they can to support their children will not go without or scrape to get by. AND it may also save a home that is facing foreclosure. It will also cut down on welfare because it is a guaranteed payment.
