In today's economy and The problems We are having with Employment we need to Lower Child support payments and take away interest rates on rares and Stop it from being a Criminal offense for Missed payments on over due child support. It cost tax payer $260 a day for each inmate and to lock up a person for missing payments is just a idiotic idea. For one the tax payers are footing the bill to incarcerate a child support Violator which is a waist of tax money. also, while in jail said violators would still not be paying child support. At least if not jailed he or she could pay something eventually. Also, I think mothers and fathers who receive child support payments should be piss tested.
