Child support reform to be used like a food stamp card rather cash to pay water electricity and other necessities

It is the children that are suffering when parents misuse the funds to buy themselves cell phones and not use it on the child children go hungry because the parents don't use the funds correctly while the man may have another child or a woman may have another kid on their side of family that they also need to provide for a man can work 50 to 60 hours a week and only bring home $200 every two weeks myself and others have found this to be very disturbing a new law needs to be said in order where this system could be used like food stamps to pay for food and other necessities like utilities and clothes for children at Children's stores only not at adult stores men and women who have children that receive child support go to clubs and other establishments and don't spend the money on the kids.
