Children of middle school age should be guaranteed at least 30 minutes of recess time each day.

Created by W.H. on March 12, 2013

Middle school children need a minimum of 30 minutes a day for exercise and outside play to expel a great abundance of energy. This gives middle school children the opportunity to be outside for fresh air and exercise in a nation whose children are becoming more and more unhealthy in diet and habits. This should benefit students by increasing blood flow to their brains and getting their suggested daily amount of exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
