Children of rape fairness act

Created by P.O. on November 10, 2012

Victims of rape deserve fair and equitable treatment by the state. They do not deserve to be abused again by Government policy.

Children fathered by rapists and whose mothers were denied abortions should be supported by the government that denied them.

Women who are raped are sometimes denied the right to have pregnancies caused by their rapes terminated by abortion; they are forced to bear children whose fathers violated them in the most intimate way.

In cases such as this, when the state forces a woman to bear the child of rape, then the state ought to support that child just as an absent father is required to pay child support.
