If sanctions are to be rightfully placed against Russia for the hack of an Email server, then we propose that sanctions should be immediately placed on China for the hack of the Federally protected system at OPM that resulted in the theft of over 21 Million Federal Employees and Contractors, Personal Identification Information that is safeguarded by Law.
