Chinese govenment should have the duty to reduce CO2 gas as the one of largest countries in the world.

If you see the CO2 producing volume share data in 2010,
China was No1 to produce CO2 gas and occupied of 24%
of the world. Chinese foreign vice-minister sayied that it is not right for China to make a same promise as advanced countries. China has already been the 2nd biggest country in GDP. They already sent astronuts to space by themselves. But they often pretend like a small country whenever they will be forced to have any difficulties or disadvantages. It must be unfair behavior.
