This petition concerns about the recent re-interpretation of Article No. 104 of Hong Kong's Basic Law. While the case of the legitimacy of Hong Kong lawmakers Sixtus Leung Chung Han and Yau Wai Ching after the failure of the first attempt of oath swearing in the legislature council is under legal process, the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China demand the re-interpretation of Article No.104 in the Basic Law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region prior to the adjudication of the case. The re-interpretation is a true disrespect to the Hong Kong Judicial system and the legislative council of HKSAR.
