A Chinese victim tormenting cruelly by abusing high-tech mental-control machine and HIV-syringe by CITIC high-tech criminal Yixiang Zhang, Jijing Zhang’s son. Jijing Zhang is CITIC deputy general manager and executive director,national government manager. And Yixiang Zhang has been committing high-tech crimes in optical camouflage. The high tech crime is that he has been taking blood of HIV out of his body by syringe and using blood of HIV to inject into my body for eight years. Our police stations has been siding with him for his dad’s great social influence. And our hospital gave me fake blood test results. And Yixiang Zhang and his dad are planning to force me to suicide by jumping off a building through mental-control machine torments. I don’t want to suicide.
