Support a higher tax on animal breeders and importers. Demand that mobile neutering units get the help they need to succeed in their mission. Make veterinary animal care tax deductible. We need free government neutering of pets to stop the overpopulation, abuse and suffering of animals. America needs to get ahead of the problem and invest up front instead of having to clean up from behind, catching, housing, relocating and killing animals that have been discarded to fend for themselves and suffer. We can solve this problem...we need to realize how special it is to be able to have a pet again.
